The club also revealed that they will forever honor Jota by retireing his number 20 jersey, a cordial tribute by ensuring that no player will wear it again, preserving his memory of generations to come.
Jota won 49 hats for the Portugal’s National High Team and in June played a key role in their latest UEFA Nations League victory over Spain.
