Knicks, who have not won a title in the NBA since 1973, reached the final of the Eastern Conference for the first time since 2000, but lost to Indiana Pacers.
This was enough to promote the knicks to turn on Thibodeau last month after he spent five years as the main coach.
“I thought Tom Thibodeau did a great job and the boys did a fantastic job last year“Said Brown, adding that he thinks the list of knicks is” extraordinary “.
“What they did in the play off shows their potential, ” Said Brown, praising Jalen Brunson’s versatility and insulting potential of Karl-Anthony Towns and Mitchell Robinson.
But Brown added that there was “A lot of work to do“
“II have had great conversations with all our players and I look forward to growing positive, strong relationships with everyone over time.
“We can’t go through any steps. About about a day, a practice, a shoot at a time.“
