First round
1. Washington citizens – Eli Willits (SS, Fort Cobb-Broxton High School)
Willits is the youngest player (17 years, 7 months) ever taken with the overall choice no. 1 in the history of the MLB.
2. Los Angeles Angels – Tyler Bremner (P, UC Santa Barbara)
Bremner becomes a third pitcher who made angels in the first round in the past decade.
3. Seattle Mariners – Kade Anderson (P, LSU)
Anderson joined Pittsburgh Pirates Ace Paul Skenes, because they are only two LSU pitchers that are taken in the first five in the last decade, and the third in the last 20 years, with Toronto Blue Jays Pitcher Kevin Gaussman (2012) is the first.
4. Colorado Rockies – Ethan Holliday (3B / SS, Stillwater High School)
Holliday, who was initially rated as the best perspective in the draft, belongs to a circle in the rock and now joins the organization that his father, Matt Holliday, played his first six years of his MLB career.
5. Cardinals St. Louis – Liam Doyle (P, Tennessee)
Doyle last season last season called the southeast conference pitcher of the year after inserting an incredible 15.4 stroke on nine speeds of innings.
6. Pittsburgh Pirates – Seth Hernandez (P, Corona Gymnasium)
7. Miami Marlins – AIVA ARQUETTE (SS, OREGON STATE)
8. Toronto Blue Jays – Jojo Parker (SS, Gymnasium Purvis)
9. Cincinnati reds – Steele Hall (SS, Hewitt Trussville High School)
