This is the most obvious case. The American took her career with storm last summer. A title in Canadian WTA 1000, a final in Cincinnati and the US Open – its first Grand Slam final. It was the model of consistency.
This took Pegula in the first three. Now she ranks 4th in the world, but after her loss of the first round in Wimbledon, and the fact that IgA Swiatek went in front of it, the pressure has now grown, making it previously engaged in Washington.

She testified in Wimbledon that she still has a bright future in the WTA tour, giving Aryna Sabalenka a harsh test in the third round. Her shows have been encouraging since the beginning of the year.
However, four years from her memorable triumph in US Open, she needs an extraordinary show to revitalize her career. And you probably avoid abandoning the first 50.

Brazil’s 2025 season has been disappointing, with a semifinal in Strasbourg as its best result, three games won in three Grand Slam tours and a terrible nine right losses at the beginning of the year.
Now from the top 20, it could fall further in the ranking if it failed to shine as it did in 2024, with a quarter -final to defend in New York.

Six years after reaching the semifinals of the open French at the age of 17, she again shone brilliantly in Wimbledon, overcoming Aryna Sabalenka to reach the final before falling in Iga Swiatek.
However, she is now in the Top 10, but can quickly fall out of her if she does not support her running in the final at 1000 Canadian WTA. Will she be able to do it? And above all, will she overcome that 6-0, 6-0 loss in Wimbledon’s final?

She was in the US courts she made her name last year, winning her first WTA title in Cleveland (as well as another in W100). Since then she has added two, and some excellent shows, but now she will reveal the pressure of protecting a title.
This time, it has to play on all the main tournaments, and if it performs well on two WTA 1000 pre-BA, the first 20 places will be in its sights.

Eliminated by Wimbledon from the eventual finalist Animova, Noskova has just achieved her best career ranking. But this is not enough for the player who is expected to be a future star, who has not always excelled this season.
And since she won a WTA 500, her first title in the county, during the North American tour last year, now is the time to underline her reputation.

She was one of the discoveries of last season. Five titles, a fantastic rise in the 11th in the world, but the hardest thing is not getting to the top, is staying there.
The 2025 season has not been so successful, and it now has some results to protect in cement. At the moment, it has not fallen from the top 20 places, but if the trend of its season continues, it may be so.

It has been a match in the top 20 places for some time now. It is regular, as its latest North America tournament testified in 2024, but it lacks a big progress, a result that can make it a top 10 (12 is its best ranking).
With her excellent game and powerful play, the shaking of the difficult court offers her a wonderful opportunity to finally get into the spotlight.

Muchova’s career story is a success of injuries that have prevented him from really competing for key titles or the top 5 places.
This has not discouraged it, though, as it reached the last four of the US Open last year, but its season remains disappointing and is still marked by the damage. Will she be at her best? This is the main question.

Navarro also reached the last four US Open in 2024, a real discovery after beat Coco Guff, the title holder at the time. It was its real progress on the WTA tour, pushing it into Top 10.
However, it has fought over the last few months, remaining within the striking distance of 10 cannons. But doing just like it did last year will be extremely difficult. This tournament will undoubtedly be a test of its caliber at the highest phase.
