Record 18 teams to race the June Town of British Women

The world champions and hometown heroes will be fought for glory as unprecedented teams, and this jur is preparing to resolve British women this June, marking the largest field in the history of the event.

108-Rider Peloton contains 12 teachings of women’s world teams, including world number of SD WORX composition – trademarks with last year’s winner Lotte KopeckyBritish Champion Pfeiffer GeorgiTeam Picnic Postnl and Lidl-Trek with homemade favorite Anna Henderson.

Starting from the Dalby Forest North Jorkshire, the race will present the 13 best 15-ranked teams with all five British UCI continental departments, bringing elite biking in communities across Northern England and Scotland.

“This amazing line shows the huge race support from the UCI from the UK,” said Jonathan Day, the Director General of British Bicycle Events. “The racing appeal in Britain in front of our amazing crowds is clear.”

Last year’s winner of the stage Ruby Roseman-Gannon (Liv Alule Jayco) called him “one of my favorite races,” While the island of Man’s Lizzie Holden praised “notoriously difficult” British conditions that create “aggressive and exciting races.”

For Scottish Alba Basing, the race offers a rare house advantage. “It’s the only world race on our calendar on the house soil,” Bob Lyons team manager said.

The race is concluded in Glasg’s 8. June after the phase over the northern Moors and the Scottish border.
