Lelalah Fernandez beats Anna Kalinskaya to win DC Open in Washington
Lelalah Fernandez of Canada produced a prevailing show to defeat Russia’s Anna Kalinskaya in straight groups and win the WTA Tour DC Open in Washington on Sunday.
