Boston Celtics Garda Payton Pritton Pritchar wins the NBA man of the year award
The Boston Celtics Payton Pritchard (27) guard won the 2025 NBA man of the year – one given to the best player of the league.
Unsaturated Won the award with a huge margin – taking 82 out of 100 first place votes.
He led the league to the point outside the bench (1,079) and set a high career with 14.3 points in the game. He also placed a new high career on the shots with three points made (255), with 246 of them who were mostly from a spare player in the NBA history.
Pritchard even placed 43 points and 10 jumps in his best match of the season on March 5 against Portland Trailblazers.
Boston chose Pritchard with the 26th election in the 2020 NBA draft and eventually signed it in a four-year extension, $ 30 million that will last until the end of the 2027-2028 season.
A Celtics player has now won the award for the second time in the last three years, with Malcolm Brogdon winning after the 2022-2023 season, and fifth in the history of exclusivity.
