Brennan takes the yellow shirt after the Sprint’s victory in the first stage of Tour de Romandie
British young Matthew Brennan took over the yellow Tour de Romandie jersey after winning a sprint on the opening scene in Friborg on Wednesday.
She scored a fourth victory in the professional circuit for Visma-Lease a Rider Bike, who is only 19 years old. He won the Grand Prix de Denain and two phases of the tournament in Katalunya in March.

Belgian Remco ERSEPOELOne of the favorites to win the race came to 7sec after Brennan in the ninth.
With inexpensive warm weather for the end of April, it was an attractive show from the young Englishman to win the longest stage of the race – 194 km and over 3,000 million climbing from Muenchenstein, including two second category climbing.
Thanks to the bonuses, he gets a 3sec lead over Watson in the second phase of Thursday which will take the pelvis in a 157 km loop from the beginning to the La Grande Beroche, in front of the Queen’s scene in the mountains on Saturday and the latest test on Sunday.
