We have all witnessed what Gian Piero Gasperini achieved in Atalanta, something that many can be able to, and maybe should call it a miracle.

There is no debate over the trainer’s skills from Grugliasco – he has been one of the top three managers in Italian football for years. In fact, he began to lay the foundations for something special even before his time in Bergamo, especially during his term in Genius.

In Liguria, the goal was never to win trophies, but rather discovering talent, building a system and helping new players reach their full potential, ultimately turning them into valuable assets that the club could sell for profit. Gasperini has constantly worked with developing talents, helping clubs generate capital profits that can be reinvested.

Creating talent
