Crystal Palace to appeal the Demotion Europa League, Steve Parish says
Crystal Palace Steve Parish has confirmed that his club will appeal to the Arbitration Court for Sport after being destroyed by the Europa League.
palace qualified for the Europa League with a final win of the Shock FA Cup Manchester City In May.
But UEFA, European football management body, decided to go down to the Conference League for a conflict of interest that includes former club director John Textor, who also part of French property properties Lyon.
The textor left the palace in early July, but the ownership issue is about the end of last season when the South London team provided a European appearance of girls by winning the first major trophy in their history.
UEFA’s decision meant Nottingham forestWho ended up in the Premier League, occupies Palace in the Europa League, but has first signaled his intention to compete.

“We do not think this is the right decision in any way. We know unequivocally that John did not have a crucial impact on the club.
“We know that we have proven that beyond any reasonable doubt because it is a fact.”
UEFA rules say that no owner or co -owner can have a controller interest in more than one club competing in the same European competition during the same season.
Palace’s position has all been that Textor did not have a sufficient controlling role for the club to fall in order.
But the deadline for shareholders to divert their interest in a club, or in any other way to change the structure of their ownership, in order to respect the regulations was March 1.
