Former New Zealand Jerome Kaino said there is no “roof” for corrosive ability No 8 Ardie Savea before Saturday’s first test against a depleted France in Dunert.

“I think he can still get better, even though he is world -class at the moment,“The 42-year-old added.

Savea announced earlier this month that he will return to Japan to play for Kobelco kobe stelers Next season underlining his status as one of Rugby World’s most sought after talents.

In 2018 he had agreed in principle to join the French club PAU before choosing to stay in New Zealand for family reasons.

The agreement in Japan has not stopped Kaino from selling a possible future move to France for Savea.

“I will say he would be expensive enough to try and sell here. He would make stunning.“

Savea is set to have a major impact on the next three tests against grinderwho have sent a team with a second wire to face all blacks.

Kaino knows well the French Rugby landscape joining the 14 main giants Tulouse In 2018 before they became their coach assistant after his retirement from playing three years later with a championship and the Champions Cup Double to begin.

“I think it will be really exciting to be able to bring out some of the young talents they have been able to grow here,“Kaino said.

“But I think leaving this summer weather and heading to the new cold Zealand, where they will probably be in full strength, I think it will be a hard tour,“He added.
