Ligue 1: Didier Drogba praises the Marseille season, despite the constant trophy drought
African football legend Didier Drogba has called the season of Olympique Marseille 2024/25 “Good”, although they have problems to end their constant drought.

When asked what makes the club dear to it, Ivorian mentioned the Stade Velodrome icon.
Drogba continued: “Of course, it is the field. Even when I was in Olympique Marseille, it was natural to be here, in this stadium (velodrome).
“Think the field, it’s all. I’ve been lucky enough to be in this field again (during the 125th anniversary), sharing the experience with my teams of the team and even those from the past generations that inspired us, because this is Marseille.”
