For the quarterfinals and the semifinals, a draw was made to randomly allocate which parties would play their first match at home. The same is done to share the local team in the finals.
Explained new UCL Drawing Format 24/25: How does it work and what is changed?
There has been a major arrangement of UEFA’s main competition this season. The days of the 32 team’s group stage have passed, replaced by a league of 36 teams. The Eachdo team plays eight games with the first eight to qualify automatically in the 16th round, while eight are finally eliminated and do not go down to the Europa League.
Meanwhile, the teams that ended between the ninth and the 24th go to a round of play off to decide which eight teams will go to the tournament part of the tournament.
The 16th round, as part of the old format, continues with planted teams playing unprecedented teams, leading to the quarter-finals, and eventually the final itself.

When and where is the 24/25 UEFA Champions League final?
This year’s final in the Champions League will take place on Saturday, May 31 at 21:00 CET at Allianz Arena of Munich – the terrain where Chelsea defeated Bayern Munich in the penalty to raise the trophy in 2012.
